Policy Notification 

We appreciate that you have chosen to visit Mara Spa. To provide the best service possible to our clients we have implemented the following policies. 

Cancellation Policy 

Treatments cancelled within 24 hours or non-attendance will incur a 100% cancellation charge. The prepayment will be used for cancellation.  

Late Arrival Policy 

We request that you arrive at the Spa 15 minutes before your confirmed appointment to allow time to check-in and fill out any relevant paperwork. We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment, we ask that you call to inform us of late arrival so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client and we cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late. For this reason, arriving after your appointment time may result in loss of time from your treatment so that your session ends at the booked scheduled time. Full treatment fees will be charged even when appointments are shortened due to late arrival. 

Service Policy

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience, please let us know during your time with us. We are committed to proving a first-class service.

Health Concerns 

At Mara Spa your health and wellbeing is our main concern, it is vital that you make us aware of any health concerns prior to your visit when you make your appointment e.g. pregnancy, allergies [shell fish], heart disorder, cancer treatment or recent operation, medical condition or are taken any prescribed medication. It is your responsibility to disclose relevant information to allow for the correct treatment to be performed. We will ask for you to complete a pre-treatment consultation form when you arrive at your appointment.


Please note certain treatments are unsuitable when pregnant, please refer to our pregnancy treatments within our brochure. If any further assistance is required, please ask the Spa team. 


Mara Spa will not be liable for damage, injury or consequential loss to our customers, their property & belongings unless it is solely due to the company or its employees. 

Right to refuse service policy 

Mara Spa staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service. will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any & all services in the future. You will be charged the full appointment fee regardless of the length of your session.

Under-Age Policy

Children under the age of 17 are not permitted to use the facilities or receive treatments at Mara Spa.
