Treatment Bookings
Please book your treatments in advance to avoid disappointment. A pre-payment will be required to secure your treatment booking.
Treatment Times
We have included 5 minutes onto all treatment times to allow your therapist time to discuss what you would like to get out of your treatment to ensure we provide the highest of standard treatment that meets your every need.
On The Day Of Treatment
On the day of treatment please ensure you arrive 15 minutes before your treatment. You will be required to complete a consultation form prior to your treatment.
COVID-19
Face masks are to be worn on entering the facility and for the duration of your appointment. Temperature levels will be checked and recorded on arrival. Pre-screening questions will be asked at point of booking and in our consultation process to ensure you are safe to proceed with the treatment. Treatments have been allocated additional cleaning time between appointments.
Health Concerns
We want you to enjoy your experience at Mara Spa and ask you to raise any health concerns when you make your appointment e.g. pregnancy, allergies (shellfish), cancer or any recent operations etc. This will enable us to recommend treatments that are most suitable for you. We will ask you to complete a short medical questionnaire to ensure that treatments are safe and appropriate.
Spa Etiquette and Mobile Phones
We would really appreciate it if you would help us to maintain a certain level of quiet and relaxation by avoiding the use of mobile telephones during your spa day.
Accessibility
Mara Spa offers a fully accessible ground floor area, with a treatment room (massage and facials) and our manicure/ pedicure room.
Cancellation Policy
Treatments cancelled within 48 hours or non-attendance will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
