Our rates are all inclusive of A La Carte breakfast.
You may cancel free of charge until 5 days before the date of arrival. After this time you will be charged the total price. Any cancellation or modification fees are determined by the property. You will pay any additional costs to the property.
Unfortunately, we do not allow dogs at Bracken Hide.
We do have cabins that are more easily accessible from the car park and main hotel building.  Please let the hotel know in advance if this is something you require.  Our cabins are not suitable for wheelchair use.  There are steps and decking area to negotiate on entry and exit of the hotel.  There are no hand rails in the ensuite shower rooms.
We can only have a child under 2 in a travel cot, we can not have 1 child and 2 adults, it is 2 people in total so 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child. We cannot accommodate children over 2 and under 12.
WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
The guest is liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room(s) or to the Hotel premises or property caused by the guest or any persons in the guest’s party during their stay. The Hotel reserves the right to retain the credit or debit card details of the guest and charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by the Hotel as a result of the aforesaid.
