Yoga   at Perle Oban

Health and well being is one of our core values at Perle, and yoga has been proven to improve strength, flexibility, balance as well as mental well being. So we have chosen to provide our guests with the benefits of yoga through holding complimentary classes.

We have teamed up with Internationally trained yoga instructor Susan Irvine to provide our guests with Yin and Flow Yoga classes which are suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.

Wake up fresh and take some time to focus on yourself before starting your adventures in Oban.

We are holding classes every Saturday morning:

Saturday Morning: 8.00-9.00 am (Flow Yoga) and 9.00-10.00 am (Yin Yoga)
