Welcoming you back

Much has changed in the world over the past few months. However, one thing that remains constant is our commitment at Perle Oban to create happy, memorable experiences for our guests, teams and the local community.

With conditions continually changing due to COVID-19, we are actively monitoring and evolving our practices to ensure what we are doing is safe and effective in accordance with Government guidelines.

As we welcome you back, you will notice our increased cleaning regimes are designed to set an even higher level of cleanliness throughout our hotel, restaurant and bar. Our comprehensive safety guidelines for both our team and guests will ensure that everyone in our properties can always feel comfortable.

We’ve increased the frequency of cleaning in our public areas including reception, lifts, door handles, public bathrooms and room keys using environmentally friendly chemicals. Dedicated team members will be solely focused on maintaining our high standards. You will find hand sanitiser dispensers for your use at the entrance and throughout our building. We are observing social distancing in all areas.

Personal protective equipment, including gloves and face masks will be offered to our team members and guests. We have removed decorative items including cushions, bed throws and magazines to reduce ‘high touch’ areas.

Reception at the Perle Oban Hotel

Our check-in process has changed slightly to minimise contact; We encourage guests to opt for online self-check-in/check-out as a contactless option. During the check-in process, guest preferences will be established regarding housekeeping services and breakfast timings.
