Our Chargrill restaurant specialises in dishes from the grill and seafood cooked to perfection; our menu is a tribute to passionate Scottish farmers and their excellent produce. Prime cuts of Scottish meat, grilled to order, and side dishes of fresh locally sourced ingredients, are matched to modern Scottish cooking techniques. Each dish is cooked with only the freshest ingredients from local suppliers.
Overlooking some of the best views in Skye, our charming yet contemporary restaurant offers a seasonal menu that uses the best of the best ingredients sourced from the region. Enjoy a variety of dishes with the perfect pairing of wine whilst enjoying views of Portree and the mountains. Chargrill restaurant is open to hotel residents and none residents.

Breakfast at Marmalade really is the most important meal of the day.
The ingredients we use for breakfast are top quality and, wherever possible, locally produced. Breakfast is cooked to order; whether you prefer a full Scottish breakfast or continental, we will provide the perfect start to your day.

Chargrill provides a taste of modern Scotland with a choice of succulent meat dishes, freshly caught seafood and sharing plates complimented by an extensive wine, craft beer and whisky list. We love to support the local community in everything we do and work with local suppliers to source as much as we can, including food, drink, materials, fabrics and maintenance work. Being located in such a beautiful and flourishing part of Scotland means we have an abundance of produce available to us and we want our guests to discover the rich, fresh, and mouth-watering flavours that Scotland has to offer, cooked simply.
