When can I stay?
We are awaiting Government guidance to move forward and announce a reopening date. Working alongside this, we will be able to welcome you back, providing the best safety service as well as comfort and trust as usual.
What happens if I need to cancel?
At this time, we recognize the need for flexibility, and we are regularly updating our cancellation policy to accommodate those affected by these unprecedented circumstances. Our intention, as always, is to ensure the comfort and happiness of our guests.

Is the hotel practising social distancing?
Yes, our team will observe social distancing and new signage will guide you safely through our hotel.
Have you increased the frequency of cleaning?
Yes, to help encourage good hygiene practices, a dedicated member of staff will be ensuring regular sterilization in our public areas and external entrances. Additional disinfecting protocols have also been implemented in our guest rooms.
Will hygiene products be available in the hotel?
Yes, face masks and gloves will be available to all guests and staff. Sanitising stations are at the entrance and throughout our building. Sanitising wipes will be included in every room.
Will breakfast still be served in the restaurant?
Yes, our restaurant will be open for breakfast with a reduced menu. We will follow government guidelines on hygiene regulations, including social distancing and occupancy, to ensure the safety of our team and guests.
